How FlowBoard works

Everything you need to know about tasks, boards, and projects — kept here so the working screens stay focused on getting work done.

The basics

FlowBoard turns ideas into experiments, launches, and measurable impact. Capture a task, then move it across the board lanes until it is done.

3 Board lanes Tasks captured 2 MB Safe evidence files
  1. Capture a task. Type what needs momentum on the Tasks page and press Add task.
  2. Add details (optional). Owner, due date, project, priority, notes, and attachments live behind Add details.
  3. Move it forward. Drag the card across lanes, or use the card buttons, until it is finished.

Task lifecycle

Signals, experiments, launches, and learning cycles move through four simple stages.
